Estonian Sommelier School – Spring Basic Course

Estonian Sommelier School (ESE) offers sommelier training aimed at educating Estonian employees in the beverage sector, training restaurant sommeliers providing in-service training for wine-related trade workers and wine enthusiasts. All courses take place in an ESE classroom located at Masina11, Tallinn.

Designed for restaurant young waiters. The course takes place on Tuesdays from 9:00 to 16:00. The price for EHRL members is 890€. The course starts on January 14, 2025.

In the course, basic knowledge is acquired:

• on the wine making processes and serving of wine;
• the main wine countries (regions, quality grades and grapes);
• sweet and moulded wines, sparkling wines and distillates;
• on the matching of food and drink;
• knowledge about the use of various glasses and their distinctive features.
