1. PRIVACY POLICY<\/h2>\n

1.1 Privacy policy applies to the Users of the Estonia Hotel & Restaurant Association (EHRL) website.<\/p>\n

Our company processes your personal information only to provide you with EHRL membership services. We do not transmit, sell or disclose your data to third parties without your prior consent unless this is required by law.<\/p>\n

Data collection<\/strong><\/p>\n

Data collection upon filling membership forms
\n1.2 Data provided by the membership forms is categorised as either required or optional information.
\n1.3 Clients are required to provide the following information:
\n1.3.1 Company name and Registration code \u2015 required for membership;
\n1.3.2 Name –\u00a0required for membership;
\n1.3.3 Email address \u2015 required to complete and confirm membership and to submit invoices;
\n1.3.4 Phone number \u2015 required to complete membership and to provide the service, incl. notification of any service disruptions.<\/p>\n

Data storage period<\/strong>
\n1.4. EHRL shall store the data for as long as it is needed to achieve the purpose of the use of data or when the statutory limitation period is over and the document storage period provided by law has come to an end (seven years as set out in the Value Added Tax Act and Accounting Act).<\/p>\n

Client\u2019s rights regarding use of data<\/strong>
\n1.5. The Subscriber has the right to receive information from EHRL\u00a0 about the use of their data pursuant to the procedure and extent provided for in legislation;
\n1.6. the Subscriber has the right to ask EHRL to stop using their data and to correct, close or delete their data;
\n1.7. the Subscriber has the right to agree to or forbid the use of their data for direct marketing or commercial purposes;
\n1.12. the Subscriber has the right to turn to the Data Protection Inspectorate and court to protect their rights.<\/p>\n

2. PRINCIPLES OF USING COOKIES<\/h2>\n

Using cookies<\/strong>
\n2.1. EHRL websites use cookies to provide a better service for users.<\/p>\n

2.2. Domains belonging to EHRL may, among other things, include an element that saves cookies for third parties.<\/p>\n

Declining cookies<\/strong>
\n2.3. The User has the right not to allow cookies to be saved on their computer. If the Subscriber wishes to decline cookies, they must change their browser settings.<\/p>\n
