Tehinguga laiendab sama investorite grupp oma hotellide portfelli Eestis ning j\u00e4tkab koost\u00f6\u00f6d rahvusvahelise hotelligrupiga Accor.<\/p>\n<p>Tehingu tulemusel kuuluvad nii Mercure Tallinn kui ka Oru Hub Hotel \u2013 Handwritten Collection samasse omanikeringi. Omanike s\u00f5nul on tegemist loogilise sammuga portfelli arendamisel, kuna m\u00f5lemad hotellid tegutsevad Accori br\u00e4ndide all ning j\u00e4rgivad sarnast kvaliteedi-, teenindus- ja juhtimisfilosoofiat.<\/p>\n<p>Mercure Tallinna omandamise eelduseks olnud investeerimisstruktuur loodi 2021. aasta l\u00f5pus, mil investeeringu haldamiseks asutatud Airport Hotel O\u00dc omandas Lennujaama tee 2 kinnistu ja hotellihoone. Hoone renoveeriti p\u00f5hjalikult ning avati rahvusvahelise Mercure\u2019i kaubam\u00e4rgi all \u00e4riklassi hotellina.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eMercure Tallinna ost andis kindluse, et investeeringutel hotellisektorisse on Eestis perspektiivi. Oru Hub Hotel \u2013 Handwritten Collectioni omandamine on j\u00e4rgmine samm meie portfelli kasvatamisel ja koost\u00f6\u00f6s rahvusvahelise hotelligrupiga Accor,\u201c \u00fctles juhtivinvestor Janno Rokk.<\/p>\n<p>Hotelligrupi \u00fcldjuhtimisega tegeleb Harles Tammeleht, kes on \u00fchtlasi Eesti Hotellide ja Restoranide Liidu juhatuse liige ning senine Mercure Tallinna tegevjuht.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eMeie eesm\u00e4rk on arendada m\u00f5lemat hotelli nende selge positsioneerimise j\u00e4rgi. Mercure Tallinn j\u00e4tkab \u00e4riklassi hotellina Tallinna lennujaama vahetus l\u00e4heduses ning Oru Hub Hotel \u2013 Handwritten Collection isikup\u00e4rase <em>lifestyle<\/em>-hotellina Kadrioru ja Lauluv\u00e4ljaku piirkonnas.
