Estonian Hotel and Restaurant Association (EHRA) is a voluntary association of accommodation and catering companies. Our goal is to support a business-friendly economic environment, contribute to the development of the field, enhance and maintain its good reputation and to represent the interests of its members. EHRA is a non-profit organization founded and financed by its members, contributing to the development of the entire hospitality sector. Read more about the Union’s activities here:

In addition to entrepreneurs in the field of accommodation and catering, schools and associations that offer education in our field, other associations and supporting members – business enterprises that contribute to the development of our members and support activities in the field of hospitality (for example laundries, training companies, manufacturing companies, etc) are invited to join the association.

How companies can benefit from joining EHRA:

• Members have the opportunity to join the Estonian Hotels and Restaurants Gift Card project and receive gift cards without commission
• EHRL membership discount – cross-offering of staff discounts between members of the union to offer employees in the sector the opportunity to consume each other’s products and services at a discounted price
• The right to use the union membership label to add credibility to your company in the eyes of partners and employees
• Base of EHRL-approved internship companies – a project where each company contributes to improving the quality of vocational education through professional and well-thought-out internship offers
• A social network between managers and specialists in their field
• Ability to participate in working groups and contribute to the development of the field more broadly
• Discounts from the price list of the Estonian Authors’ Association and Estonian Phonogram producers apply to members
• Members can post free job ads on the union’s job offers page
• Field-based fast and efficient information exchange, trainings and information seminars
• Discounts from partners and supporting members in the form of participation in trainings, conferences and trade fairs. In addition to discounts on services and goods (e.g. Confido, Red Cross, Typsy)
